Congratulations to Resa Solomon St.Lewis, Trinidad and Tobago’s representative chef on winning the 2nd Annual Embassy Chef Challenge hosted by the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Foundation of Ottawa on November 5, 2015. This exceptional fundraising event featured seven Chefs who represented the Embassy of Hungary, the Embassy of Moldova, the Royal Thai Embassy, the Embassy of the Philippines, the High Commission for the United Kingdom, the Embassy of Spain, and the High Commission for Trinidad and Tobago, all located in Ottawa.
